Terence is Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant (Practising). He is currently a company secretary of two limited companies with shares listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. He has over 20 years experience in auditing and financial industry.

Terence has served clients in industries of new economy, human resources, manufacturing, trading and provision of energy management solution and trading and experienced in leading and coordinating large-scale multi-national assurance and advisory engagements. He is well experienced in initial public offerings and capital market transactions assignments. He also has extensive exposure on various transaction support assignments including resumptions and financial due diligence in acquisitions of companies.

Ian is the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant. He has over 20 years of professional and in-house tax experience gained in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore and USA. He is currently an independent non-executive director of a limited company with shares listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
 
Ian has extensive experience advising clients in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore and USA and assisting companies with various Hong Kong tax matters including tax due diligence, tax planning, offshore claim, pre-IPO tax review and tax investigations. Ian started his career at a Big 4 accounting firm in Hong Kong and also worked at the Shanghai office of a Big 4 firm. As a tax partner at Windward, he assists clients of various industries on investment into China and mainland Chinese clients on investment abroad. Throughout this time, he led numerous taxes due diligence projects involving targets across different industry sectors. He has been heavily involved in M&A projects and frequently advises clients on deal structures.

William is Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant. He has over 20 years of assurance experiences. Prior to setting up Windward, he worked for one of the Big 4 accounting firm and certain multinational accounting firms. He also worked for certain financial institutions and listed companies as directors and senior management.

William focuses on serving listed companies over a wide variety of industries including new economy, education, medical services, trading, manufacturing, retailing, and property development. He is also experienced in assisting PRC enterprises, including state-owned enterprises and privately held companies in mainland China, to be listed in Hong Kong and overseas. His other expertise areas include financial due diligence, corporate mergers, acquisitions and other capital market transactions.
