Terence is a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant (Practising) and currently serves as the Company Secretary of two limited companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in the audit and finance industry.

Terence has served clients in industries such as new economy, human resources, manufacturing, trade and energy management solutions, and has extensive experience in leading and coordinating large multinational audit and consulting projects. He is particularly skilled in IPOs and capital market transactions, and has extensive experience in various transaction support projects, including delisting and financial due diligence in corporate acquisitions.

William is a certified public accountant in Hong Kong with over 20 years of auditing experience. Prior to founding Windward, he worked in the Big Four accounting firms and several multinational accounting firms. In addition, he has also served as a director and senior management in financial institutions and listed companies.

William focuses on providing services to listed companies in various industries, including the new economy, education, medical services, trade, manufacturing, retail and real estate development. He also has extensive experience in assisting Chinese companies (including state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in the Mainland) to list in Hong Kong and overseas. In addition, his professional areas also cover financial due diligence, corporate mergers and acquisitions and other capital market transactions.

Ian is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has over 20 years of professional and in-house tax experience in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore and the United States. He is currently an independent non-executive director of a limited company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Ian has extensive experience in tax advisory in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore and the United States, and has assisted companies in handling various Hong Kong tax matters, including tax due diligence, tax planning, offshore income claims, pre-IPO tax audits and tax investigations. He started his career at a Big Four accounting firm in Hong Kong and worked in the firm's Shanghai office. As a tax consultant for the Fung Yu Group, he assists clients from various industries to invest in the Chinese market and provides advice to Mainland Chinese clients on overseas investments. During this period, he led tax due diligence projects in a variety of industries and played an important role in corporate mergers and acquisitions transactions, often providing clients with advice on transaction structures.
